Die verbreitete Interpretation ist aber auch, dass das Stück die Stille an sich ist oder die Geräusche die man hört, die normalerweise nicht zu einem Konzert gehören.

Mal wieder was deutschsprachiges.
Es fällt auf jeden Fall auf das in der Hinsicht die 50 fast nichts zu bieten hatten außer heile Welt.
Während aus Amerika so viel gute Laune und Hüftgekreise kam, war die deutsche Musikkandschaft einfach nur furchtbar, ein haufen alter Lieder von früher oder Volksmusik oder einfach damals aktuelle englische Songs auf deutsch und in seicht.
Naja der Zeitgeist von damals halt. Man hat grad die Auswirkungen des 2.WK hinter sich und versucht grad alles, was auch nur ansatzweise an Krieg und Verderbern erinnern könnt, auszublenden.
