Chambers of Shaolin war ein echt cooles Spiel. Mochte den Film sehr und das Spiel hat die Atmosphäre sehr gut eingefangen.
Nuclear War darf auch gerne ein paar Stimmen mehr bekommen. Schaut euch nur das Teilnehmerfeld an, schon dafür muss man das Spiel lieben!
Für die Qualifikation im Spielejahr 1989 reichte schon eine Stimme aus. Ob der niedrige Anspruch wirklich an den Spielen liegt, oder der Unwissenheit der hier Anwesenden muss ein unabhängiges Gremium noch prüfen. Nichtsdestotrotz bedeutet das für 4 Spiele das Ausscheiden und 64 das Weiterkommen in die Gruppenphase, wo es deutlich heißer zugehen wird.

Im Forum haben wenige Zeit mit dem AMIGA verbracht glaube ich… sehr schade.
Stunt Car Racer, Grand Monster Slam, Chambers of Shaolin, Nuclear War, Special Criminal Investigation, Xenon 2: Megablast und Rick Dangerous sind alles so gute Spiele.
Allein der Soundtrack von Xenon 2 verdient schon mehr
Obwohl ich 90-95 viel Zeit vor nem Amiga verbracht haben, sagen mir diese Spiele leider alle nichts.
Neben den meisten Spielen für die ich oben gevotet habe, habe ich damals eher Anstoß, Microprose Soccer, Moonstone, Golden Axe, Schicksalsklinge, Silkworm, Larry, Gauntlet, Persian Gulf Inferno, Barbarian oder Bundesliga Manager Professional gezockt, die mir bis heute in guter Erinnerung geblieben sind.
Wobei ich mir einbilde, Xenon zumindest schon mal gesehen zu haben 
Die etwas längere Gruppenphase wäre nun auch vorbei. Dennoch wollte sich in Gruppe 6 und 7 der vierte Platz nicht so leicht bestimmen können. Dank Vorrunden-Stimmen gelang jedoch Rambo III und 007: Licence to Kill das Weiterkommen.

Mit zwei Ausnahmen verliefen die Duelle so eindeutig, dass die Verlierer einstellig nach Hause gehen durften. Trotz ihres zweistelligen Ergebnisses geht es jedoch für R-Type II und Alleyway hier zu Ende und für 16 Spiele ins Achtelfinale.

na ich weiß nicht. Hätte Indiana Jones als das populärere Spiel gesehen. Hab es aber nicht genommen, weil das ja noch der „nur“ nacherzählende Teil war. Populous war einfach innovativ und frisch.

Gradius und Golden Axe raus 
Interessant, das war ein sehr durchwachsenes Jahr, eine Übergangszeit. Ich hatte keinen Amiga und die Zeit des C64 war schon vorbei, der PC aber noch in weiter Ferne. Gespielt habe ich wohl nur bei Freunden damals.
Populous und Sim City waren natürlich Kracher, der Beginn einer ganz neuen Ära an Spielegenres, aber gleichzeitig gab es noch altegediente Point&Click Spiele wie Indiana Jones.
Die Point & Click-Hochphase lief doch noch bis Mitte der 90er?
Life is like a hurricane 
Die Stimmen sind abgezählt. Im ersten Duell hat sich der Stadtstaat SimCity gegen seinen Agressor Super Mario Land erwehren können und damit ins Halbfinale vorschreiten können.
Währenddessen hatte Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: The Graphic Adventure sich mit Tetris jeden Fortschritt verbaut. Dabei handelt es sich nicht mal um ein Sierra Adventure.
Im dritten Duell ließ sich Prince of Persia nicht auf die Falle von Wonder Boy III: The Dragon’s Trap ein und spulte einfach so lange in der Zeit zurück, bis es mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden war.
Als letztes hüpfte DuckTales an Mother (EarthBound Beginnings) vorbei ins Halbfinale, welches sich in einer Identitätskrise verirrte.
