ich kann dir nur empfehlen die precambrian anzuhören. rhyacian und stenian sind imo die besten lieder die sie bisher veröffentlichten. danach sind sie vom losen kollektiv zur band übergegangen, was imo die qualität etwas gemindert hat. zudem haben sie den sänger ausgetauscht, der mir persönlich besser gefallen hat - auch wenn loic ebenfalls ein sehr guter sänger ist.
in dem zuge empfehle ich dir dann gleich auch noch cult of luna.

Cult of Luna habe ich mir „Long Road North“ schon geholt. Empfehlung von einem Kumpel, der nach Black Metal mal was neues hören wollte (da war damals CoL seine erste Wahl). Gefällt mir sehr gut…

gut. wenn du cult of luna schon kennst, werf ich dir einfach neurosis (die du vmtl eh schon kennst, weil die referenz band in dem genre) und rosetta (wake/lift!) an den kopf.

Instrumental höre ich gerade „Russian Circles“ (das neue Album Gnosis geht sehr tief…), „If the Trees Could Talk“ (eigentlich alle Alben, zur Entspannung auf Arbeit…)

Ich mag die hier ja recht gerne, wobei das eher einfach traditionell schottisch und weniger Mittelalter-Rock ist. Aber die kommen auch gut ohne Gesang aus, der stört mich öfter bei den Mittelalterkombos.
