Ergebnis Achtelfinale
Bei diesem Achtelfinale ging es besonders zwischen Dragon Quest III und Ninja Gaiden heiß her. Dieser Streit wurde dann zugunsten des ersten Ablegers der Ninja-Gaiden-Serie durch die Stimmen der Vorrunde geschlichtet. Ansonsten stand es noch um King’s Quest IV: The Perils of Rosella schwierig, welches sich aber mit einer Stimme Unterschied gegen Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair weiter in das Viertelfinale kämpfen konnte. Die restlichen Sieger konnten ihre Duelle recht souverän entscheiden.
