das ist leider ein discourse bug.
Bei manchem Browser tritt er auf, bei manchem nicht, manchmal nur beim nach oben scrollen, bei anderen beim nach unten scrollen.
Leider konnte discourse selbst den bug seit 5 Jahren nicht fixen, da das Problem zu komplex ist

Es hilft leider weiter nur den Tab zu muten oder neuzuladen
